Custom Order Policy

What is your custom order policy? 

All custom orders require a brief consultation to confirm details such as quantity, design, scent, and timeline. A $25 consultation fee is required and will be applied toward your final invoice once the order is approved. Due to the nature of custom work, orders are non-refundable once materials have been purchased and production has begun. Final pricing and timelines are confirmed after consultation to ensure clarity and alignment.
