At PureButterMelts, the health and safety of our customers is our top priority. Due to COVID-19, we have implemented a no return policy to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety. However, we do offer refunds or replacements under specific conditions.

Refund & Replacement Policy:

  1. No Returns: For safety reasons, we do not accept returns of any products once they have left our facility.

  2. Refund or Replacement Eligibility:

    • If your product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement.
    • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product to initiate the process. Include a detailed explanation of the issue, and if possible, a photo of the product.
  3. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please reach out to us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
